Direct integration with Google Analytics 4

Setup of the custom dimension in GA4

    1. Open your GA4 settings and select the "Custom Dimensions" menu item

    2. Create a new custom dimension

Choose a dimension name e.g. "Varify_abTest_event_scope" and select the event parameter "varify_abTestShort". Make sure that you specify the event parameter in the correct notation.

Important note: You will be able to select the event parameter "varify_abTestShort" under the custom dimension only after GA4 has received the first test data from you. After that it can take up to 24 hours until you find the value in the dropdown.

    Then save your dimension.
