The competition is organized by Varify Software GmbH, S\u00fcdliche M\u00fcnchner Str. 55, 82031 Gr\u00fcnwald.
The competition is not affiliated with LinkedIn and is not sponsored or promoted by LinkedIn.<\/p>\n

Conditions of participation<\/strong>
All persons 18 years of age and older are eligible to participate.
Employees and persons involved in the organization and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to exclude from participation any person who manipulates or attempts to manipulate the participation process, the system and\/or the draw or violates the conditions of participation.<\/p>\n

In the case of an excluded winner, the prize may be subsequently withdrawn and a substitute winner determined.<\/p>\n

Duration of the competition<\/strong>
The competition runs from 02.07.2025 to 17.07.2025.<\/p>\n

Participation is free of charge. To take part, comment on the LinkedIn post and leave a \"Like\".
Each person may only enter this competition once. The use of multiple LinkedIn accounts or automated comments is prohibited.<\/p>\n

Closing date<\/strong>
The closing date for entries is 17.07.2025, at 23:59.<\/p>\n

Sweepstakes procedure and prize<\/strong>
The book \"Conversion Optimization - Successful Websites and Digital Campaigns\" by Tobias Loosschelders and the \"Psychological Trigger\" card set from Varify will be raffled off among all participants.<\/p>\n

\n

Notification of winners and acceptance of the prize by the deadline<\/strong>
After the draw, the winner will be mentioned in the comments of the post. Notification is without guarantee.
The winner will be selected on 16.07.2025 and notified in the comments. The winners must send their address by 11:00 a.m. on 21.07.2025 at the latest by private message. Otherwise the prize will be forfeited.<\/p>\n

Profit processing and costs<\/strong>
The prize cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged. The transfer of the prize claim to third parties is excluded as the prize is personal.<\/p>\n

The data collected as part of participation in the competition will be stored for the purpose of running and processing the competition and then deleted. We guarantee the highest standard of data protection and comply with all relevant legal provisions.<\/p>\n

In the event of damage caused by slight negligence, we shall only be liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation, and only to the extent of typical and foreseeable damage. Early termination<\/strong>
