Use the effect if you want to create trust and security with your customers.

It is sometimes difficult for companies to obtain realistic feedback from customers and employees when they themselves are directly involved in the survey. Courtesy bias can lead to customers not fully expressing their dissatisfaction with a service or product in order to avoid being rude to the person asking the question.

It is important that you are also given negative points so that you can improve your company or your product.
