Frequently asked questions
AI credits are the unit with which AI actions are billed in Varify. The principle is very simple: 1 credit = 1 experiment variant. Each variant that you create using AI consumes exactly 1 credit - regardless of how many queries and refinements you make within the variant. You can view your consumption in the dashboard at any time.
Yes, every Varify plan includes 10 free AI credits (AI starter) once. The Pro plan includes an additional 5 AI credits every month. For even more credits, you can upgrade to Flexible AI Credits and freely choose your credit volume. Your existing plan price for A/B Testing remains unchanged.
In the AI Starter plan, the 10 credits are one-off and do not expire. In the Flexible AI Credits plan, purchased credits are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after this period.
Yes, you can buy new credit packages in the Flexible AI Credits plan at any time. The larger the package, the lower the price per credit.
A typical A/B test requires 1-2 experiment variants (= 1-2 credits). A team that sets up 10 tests per month with AI needs approx. 10-20 credits. The 10 one-off credits in the AI starter plan are enough to try it out.
