About Thomas
Thomas is Co-Founder and CEO of Varify.io — the European A/B testing platform for mid-sized companies and agencies. Together with Steffen Schulz, he built Varify out of a CRO consulting agency, with the goal of making professional A/B testing affordable and accessible — without the enterprise markup.
His CRO roots reach back to konversionsKRAFT AG, where early in his career he worked scientifically with cognitive biases and behavior patterns. There, psychology theory was translated into measurable A/B tests on websites — a foundation that still shapes how Varify designs experiments today.
He is a regular speaker at conferences such as OMKB. His thematic focus: psychological triggers in e-commerce and B2B, hypothesis building, and how companies can grow predictably with A/B testing without an enterprise budget.
